Birthday Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Maria and Gilbert Arizaga presented curanderismo, a quintessential model for holistic medicine, culturally-based and God-centered (higher power) health system that focuses on keeping all aspects of a person in balance. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of a person are not separated, but are attended to in totality.
Marilynn Freeman offered Ecstatic Breathwork, a strong, three-part, rhythmic breath through the mouth, actively for 20-30 minutes, followed by approximately six minutes of deep, meditative relaxation. Breathwork is a powerful way to release tensions held in the body, mind or psyche. It is one of the quickest ways to reset your nervous system and Vagus Nerve.
